Mountaineering

Get your legs and lungs ready to climb.

12-week or 16-week prep program that incorporates strength endurance, zone 2 cardiovascular training, and interval work that will have you ready to tackle any mountaineering trip.

Recommended to pair this with a durability program if you will be carrying a heavy pack.

General Hiking

Love to hike and be outdoors, but don’t love catching your breath the entire time?

This 12-week program will improve your baseline so you can get more enjoyment out of your hikes.

It is an endurance-forward program with a bit of strength to round out your training.
