So, What Is StrongHER?
StrongHER is my strength and wellness coaching experience for women who are ready to build real consistency, without burning out or starting over every few weeks.
The first ever StrongHER, now dubbed StrongHER Foundations, launched in January and was 13 weeks long. As a group, we discussed 10 topics across different pillars of women’s fitness and wellness.
This iteration of StrongHER is 8.5 weeks long, ending the week of Independence Day to ensure you have the holiday and the rest of summer without obligations (…but with your new fitness plan that fits into your busy life so you don’t go backwards).
StrongHER is built for busy, high-capacity women who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more supported in their routines, but don’t want to spend hours at the gym or overhaul their entire life to get there. My entire coaching philosophy rooted in efficient and effective coaching.
This is not a quick-fix transformation plan, though I can pretty much guarantee you’ll see results.
StrongHER will help you finally learn what works for you, physically, mentally, and emotionally, and will bring you consistency in a way that feels realistic long after the 8.5 weeks are done.

- Two 1-on-1 coaching calls: One to onboard you to talk through your goals and set up your plan, and another midway through the program to make sure you are on track.
- Weekly small group coaching sessions via Zoom (with replays available so you can watch again to revisit presentations and coaching as desired).
- A semi-custom training program that fits your life based on goals, desired frequency, and session duration (options for at home or at the gym, with or without equipment).
- A personalized nutrition plan based on your preferences and the dietary strategy we will pick out together during your onboarding call.
- Weekly deep dives on all things training and nutrition as these are the central focus of this cohort.
- Weekly educational PDF handouts and a course-long workbook on mindset, habit formation, recovery, and more. Plus bonus resources and wellness tools delivered throughout the program
- Lifetime access to all Zoom recordings and resources via your private client portal.
- A private group chat where I’ll offer guidance, encouragement, and daily check-ins.

Burnout is real and will happen if you are not seeking balance and taking care of yourself. I was there.
