My 1-on-1 coaching is designed to provide you with unparalleled personalized attention, setting it in a completely different league from other generic fitness programs. This is not a scenario where you will get a quick assessment during our first coaching call and then you’re off to fend for yourself— I take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, schedule, lifestyle, and limitations.
You will receive a custom exercise program that evolves with your progress and will be adapted as needed to work with, not against, your busy schedule, however, this coaching container has much more depth than fitness alone.

Your training program will be designed specifically for you, based on your goals, experience level, available equipment, and as well as family and work schedules. As you progress, your program will be updated to ensure continuous improvement and to keep you on track.
Access to Train Heroic
Your personalized program will be pushed through Train Heroic, a top-notch platform that allows you to track your workouts, monitor your progress, and communicate directly with me. Every exercise has a corresponding demo video and written out points of performance.
Custom Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition plays a critical role in your health. You’ll receive a custom nutrition plan tailored to your needs, complete with macronutrient and micronutrient guidance, balanced meal planning, as well as strategies and education to optimize your results.
Weekly Virtual Coaching Calls
Consistency is key, and so is communication. We will meet virtually each week to discuss your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and plan for the weeks ahead. These calls are the cornerstone of your coaching experience, providing you with the personalized support you need.
Quarterly Goal Setting & Review
Every 90 days will come together to revisit your goals, assess your progress, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. Once initial goals are accomplished, we will visit the goal setting framework to keep you moving forward.
Daily Messaging Support
No matter the client, questions or concerns will come up. I’m here for you every day. Whether you need advice on your workout, clarification on nutrition, or just some motivation, you’ll have access to me via iMessage or WhatsApp for daily support

Sending you my entire library all at once would be overwhelming and defeat the purpose of me guiding you through transformation.
