Full Program Library Access
Get unlimited access to a variety of training programs tailored for different goals. Whether you’re looking to increase strength, improve athleticism, or build durability, I have a program for you. Currently there are more than 25 programs over 6 different categories, and new training plans are added every quarter.
Monthly Coaching Support
While this is meant to be DIY approach, my intention isn’t to throw you to the weeds once you sign up. You will have access to me via messaging and within in the app to ask questions if need be. Upon conclusion of each training cycle (6-12 weeks program dependent) we’ll discuss what option will be your best next step.
New Client Welcome Packet
Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive the 12 page Essential Welcome Packet. In it you will find tools & resources, goal setting, habit formation guidance, a Train Heroic how-to, your program’s instructions and intention, rest and recovery overview, FAQs, a protein chart, and one bonus that I will not list here.

If you enjoy taking control of your fitness journey and are confident in your ability to follow a structured program, this subscription is perfect for you. Programs range from 3 up to 6 sessions per week, so as long as you’re motivated, there is plenty of training to complete!
Fitness Enthusiasts
Due to this being a low-touch coaching option, it is best suited for those who already have a solid foundation in fitness. You’ll find both traditional strength and conditioning programs as well as fun and unique challenges that provide a refreshing break from the norm.
Busy Humans
Are you tired of showing up to the gym each week spending time to make a plan for yourself, or worse, do random exercises? My training programs are efficient and designed to fit into a busy lifestyle, making them ideal for busy human who need effective workouts that don’t compromise on results.
