Done-For-You
Gym Design

If you want to build a home or private gym, I’m your girl. It’s easy to order a bunch of equipment and haphazardly throw it into your garage or basement. It takes skill to design a space equipped perfectly for you based on your training style.

It can be tough to discern what you need versus don’t for a home gym. Space and budget are two constraints I am well versed in.

My done-for-you approach includes everything from initial design consult, working with vendors to secure quotes, and addressing any issues that may arise along the way.

No project is too small or too large. Here’s how it works ↓

Over the last decade I have built a 3,500 sqft gym, expanded that gym to 7,000 sqft, assisted with multiple large university installs, designed training centers for the military, and helped numerous friends and family get set up with a home space.

I have worked with and have become familiar with a wide variety of different equipment companies, including:

Sorinex, Rogue Fitness, Hammer Strength, Arsenal Strength, Eleiko, Texas Power Bars, Dragon Door / RKC, EliteFTS,  Rep Fitness, Concept 2, Power Systems, Titan Fitness, Brute Force, Keiser, and Onnit among many others.

My favorite project [below] was overhauling the 31st Rescue Squadron’s training center, which is located in a boathouse… in Okinawa, Japan… and I only had 1320 sqft to work with for a squadron of 70 personnel. I had to work with an suboptimal layout, overseas shipping timelines, military constraint, and original equipment that was not well-suited for the space. However, with a little creativity and ingenuity, the 31 RQS now has a beautiful, functional space that allows an entire team to comfortably workout together, up from the 3-4 that could fit previously.
