The new StrongHER Women’s Wellness Cohort is a 9-week small group coaching program for women who are ready to build real strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

one at the start and one halfway through the program to help overcome obstacles
12 weeks of progressive strength-based training
semi-custom home or gym options available as well as endurance add-ons
weekly deep dives on nutrition, training
and recovery, tailored to the focus of this cohort
personalized nutrition plan
that will be designed around likes, dislikes, training goals, and a specific dietary strategy
