I’m Lisa Wishmann, an expert Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC). I have worked with everyone from c-suite executives, to special operations military personnel, to stay-at-home moms, and everyday athletes to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves. I’m a former gym owner, where I coached over 3,000 classes, conducted more than 7,500 personal training sessions, and worked closely with numerous athletic teams to help them achieve peak performance and win championship titles.
To date, I’ve delivered personalized strength and conditioning programs and holistic wellness strategies to over 600 clients across four continents.
I use an evidence-based, comprehensive approach that blends smart training, recovery strategies, mindset work, and nutrition education to create lasting results.
