Virtual

Services are accessible from anywhere in the world. Whether you're rooted in one place, deployed, or constantly on the move, you'll retain access to your training program and coaching.

Subscription-Based

All coaching is subscription-based, eliminating the need to continuously recycle the same program or hop between random different ones, which will lead to diminishing results over time.

Data Driven

Training plans have been tested and proven to deliver results. Objective and subjective metrics and client feedback are utilized to update programs, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.

Progress Tracking

The app I use to push programming, Train Heroic, tracks various training data to include readiness insights, reps, sets, overall load, personal records, plus historical trends.

Ongoing Support

Subscriptions include monthly messaging support. My 1-on-1 coaching clients receive weekly check-ins, monthly reviews to ensure they stay on track, and quarterly goal setting sessions.

Video Tutorials

Exercises and workouts have written-out points of performance and embedded videos to ensure you are training with proper movement mechanics and the correct intention.

I’m a registered strength and conditioning coach who has spent over a decade training c-suite executives, special operations military personnel, stay-at-home moms, and everyday athletes to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.

I’m a former gym owner, where I coached over 3,000 classes, conducted more than 7,500 personal training sessions, and worked closely with numerous athletic teams to help them achieve peak performance and win championship titles.

To date, I’ve spent over 3,000 hours writing strength development and aerobic conditioning programs for more than 600 clients across four continents.

It’s not only about programming, though. My holistic coaching philosophy is built on a foundation of evidence-based practices, a commitment to continuous learning, and a genuine desire to see you succeed.
